A thorough understanding of subsurface conditions is a critical first step in any construction project, particularly in Bali, where land characteristics can vary significantly even within the same area. Indo Soil recently completed a geotechnical investigation for the Berawa Signature development located on Raya Semat, Gang Jalak Bali, in Tibubeneng Village, North Kuta, Badung Regency.
This investigation, conducted on October 17–18, 2024, was designed to evaluate the soil profile and determine its bearing capacity to support the structural loads of the planned building.
